I've had a camera in my hands since 2018, and I've been photographing weddings since 2023. In that time, the most common thing couples tell me — usually in the first ten minutes — is that they aren't photogenic, that they never know what to do with their hands, that they hate being in front of a lens. Then the day happens, and somewhere in it they forget I'm there. That part is the whole job.
The work I'm proudest of is never the most posed. It's the look between you during the vows. The way the light falls when no one's watching. The quiet seconds that turn out to be everything. My approach is editorial but never cold — intentional, calm, and built entirely around who you actually are rather than a pose I brought with me.
I take a limited number of weddings each year, which means the person you meet is the person who photographs your day, edits your gallery, and answers your emails. No handoff, no guesswork. When you hire me, you get me.
That's my studio, and it's a different thing on purpose. LY carries more available dates, a broader range of coverage, and collections that begin at a lower price. It exists so that couples who want our work can have it.
